Fincom Technologies Limited (Fincom) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Service Cops Limited that has been created to run financial technology and e-commerce solutions that were formally run by Service Cops that fall under the NPA, 2020 regulation.

Service Cops Limited is an ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 financial Technology and Business Processes Outsourcing (BPO) solutions provider with over a decade experience creating financial technology and outsourcing solutions in the banking and financial services industry. It partners with 13 commercial banks, 3 telecoms, and number payments solutions providers, over 10,000 education institutions to offer a range of fintech especially digital finance solutions. It provides services in Uganda and in other markets beyond Uganda.

Fincom shall run independent operations but shall be authorized to use Service Cops proprietary financial technology and outsource a number of services and operations from Service Cops where necessary.
