To warrant our stakeholders of our commitment to Information Security, Fincom Technologies Limited has established, maintains and continually improves Information Security Management.
Fincom Technologies Limited is committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all the physical and electronic information assets throughout the scope of our organization’s operations and interfaces in order to preserve our competitive edge, commercial image and profitability; ensure legal, regulatory and contractual compliance; and generally comply with applicable requirements of our stakeholders.
Information and information security requirements will continue to be aligned with Fincom Technologies Limited’s goals and the security Standard is intended to be an enabling mechanism for information sharing, for electronic operations, and for reducing information-related risks to acceptable levels.
To continually improve our Information Security System, we set Information security objectives, and periodically review them at predetermined intervals or whenever need arises. The output of these reviews generate corrective and preventive actions that feed into our Information Risk Treatment Plan.
Our Information Security commitments have been documented and are communicated throughout the organization and to all interested parties. This is done through the communication channels available to the company.
